In 2019, while training in psychotherapy, I was part of an exciting project called The Soulspace Podcast. During that time, I co-hosted 26 episodes on topics ranging from psychedelic psychotherapy to sexual qigong. I also published self-authored poetry with each episode. Note that I was much younger on my healing journey!
It was a fantastic explorative journey interviewing notable thinkers and folks partaking in the healing arts.
